  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access or use of your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Bookings and Cancellations

When you book a cleaning service through DoubleClick Maids, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate booking details and access instructions

  • Ensure the location is safe and accessible

  • Pay the applicable service fees

Cancellations:

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment incur no fee

  • Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a late cancellation fee

  • No-shows may be charged the full service amount

5. Payments

All payments are processed through a secure third-party payment processor. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.

Prices are subject to change at our discretion. We will notify you of any price changes before confirming a booking.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes

  • Harass, harm, or threaten Cleaners or other users

  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service

  • Use automated scripts to access the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms.

7. Service Disclaimers

  • We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by Cleaners.

  • We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DoubleClick Maids shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities

  • Damages arising from the actions or omissions of Cleaners

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DoubleClick Maids and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of:

  • Your use of the Service

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your interaction with Cleaners
